I haven't cut my hair in over a year. The last time I cut it was just a trim really and the stylist put some more layers in it. It was ok.
The haircut before that was two weeks before my wedding (I am impulsive and crazy, I know) and the lady cut it shorter on one side then the other and WOULDN'T FIX IT and nothing like I wanted. It was BAD.
Then there were a few just blah ones that look like everything I always had. They were BLAH.
The worst was the time I went in to get layers puts into my mid-back length hair and came out with a SHORT bob…. WTH!!!! It was BAD!!!! Like I shouldn't have gone out in public bad!
This has all been in the last three years. My hair and I have never loved one another. Well I take that back I love my hair, and I beg it everyday to PLEASE STAY ON MY HEAD! However, it has never been stylish and I never really got a cut were it needed to be styled, until now.
AND I love it. The extra work is fine too, it makes me feel better about myself to spend some time on myself everyday instead of just letting the world see me au natural.
